De Islamitische Studenten Vereniging Maastricht, oftewel de ISVM, is opgericht door een aantal moslim studenten in September 2007. De ISVM is hoofdzakelijk opgericht, omdat er geen/weinig sprake is van eenheid onder de moslim studenten. De ISVM richt zich voornamelijk op moslim studenten van de Universiteit Maastricht en de Hogeschool Zuyd. De ISVM heeft een internationaal karakter die bestaat uit diverse nationaliteiten, van Marokkaans tot Indonesisch enz.

The Islamic Students Association Maastricht, also known as the ISVM (Islamitische Studenten Vereniging Maastricht) was established by a couple of Muslim students in September 2007. The ISVM was mainly established because of lack of unity among Muslim students. The ISVM focuses mainly on students from the University Maastricht and the Hogeschool Zuyd. The ISVM has an international character which consists of diverse nationalities, from Moroccan to Indonesian etc.
